What types of products can you customize?
We work on a wide range of products including drinkware, headwear, bags, apparel, and more. If you have something specific in mind, just reach out—we’re happy to chat about options and possibilities.
Do I have to provide the products, or can you source them?
You're welcome to supply your own items, or we can source high-quality products through our trusted vendors. We’ll guide you through what works best for your project and branding goals.
Orders & Turnaround
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks for in-stock products. Timelines can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, but we’ll always give you a clear estimate up front—and keep you updated along the way.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Currently, our minimum order for drinkware is 24 pieces. Minimums vary by product and decoration method, but we aim to be flexible. If you’re working on a smaller run, get in touch—we’re happy to see what’s possible.
Artwork & Design
Does my design have to be a logo?
Not at all! While logos are common, we can work with names, quotes, graphics, initials, or custom artwork—whatever best fits your vision.
What file types do you accept?
Vector files like .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PNG files are best. If you’re not sure what you have, send it over—we can take a look and help get it print-ready.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the type of product, decoration method, and quantity. Once we know the details of your project, we’ll provide a clear, custom quote—no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheques, and electronic fund transfers (EFT). If you have a preferred payment method, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship orders?
Canada-wide shipping is available, with shipping costs based on the size and destination of your order.
Local delivery is available within the HRM and Colchester area for a flat fee of $25.00
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Local pickup is available and free of charge. We’ll provide pickup details once your order is ready, and we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.
